SpiceTrail Kitchen to open second Riyadh location in Olaya with expanded seating

SpiceTrail Kitchen, the Riyadh-based modern Saudi and Levantine fusion restaurant, is set to open a second location in the Olaya district, with a planned launch in November 2026. The exact opening date is still being finalized in coordination with mall management.

Larger footprint with indoor and outdoor seating

The new branch will be larger than the original Tahlia Street location, offering seating for around 80 guests. An outdoor patio section will accommodate an additional 30 people during the cooler months, providing a flexible dining format for Riyadh's seasonal climate.

Menu expansion and new vegetarian options

The Olaya location will largely mirror the menu of the original restaurant but will introduce several new dishes that the team has been testing. Highlights include a grilled lamb shoulder dish and additional vegetarian options, the latter responding to repeated requests from regular customers for more plant-based choices.

Loyalty app and reservation details

Alongside the new restaurant, SpiceTrail Kitchen will introduce a loyalty app designed to let customers order ahead and collect points. Reservations for the limited soft-opening period will be made available closer to the launch date through the brand's Instagram page.

From eight tables to a Riyadh expansion

SpiceTrail Kitchen was founded in 2019 by chef Yousef Al-Amri, who opened the original location with just eight tables. The restaurant has since grown into one of the more recognizable destinations in the city for modern Saudi and Levantine fusion cuisine. According to the brand, Al-Amri's stated philosophy has been to ensure that every new location feels like home for the people eating there, rather than expanding for the sake of growth alone.
